Job Description
- Responsible for all client communications, conflict resolution, and compliance on client deliverables and revenue
- Responsible for generating scheduled campaign and status reports to Clients
- Responsible for managing all components of the day-to-day execution of campaigns
- Manage relationship with Clients
- Assure that projects are delivered on time and with the best results
- Manage creative & tracking requirements with client service teams
- Perform budget optimization
- Management of social media channels which are relevant to the campaigns
- Ensure accurate & timely submission of all campaign elements to respective clients
- Perform quality control & live date communication with client service teams
- Coordinate billing process including verification of invoices with approved contracts
- Perform competitive research: monitor initial positioning of Company client buys & provide upgrade/downgrade suggestions to both online & client service teams
- Monitor competitive activity for key verticals
- Keep current on Internet marketing trends
Revenue
- Work with the Business Director in defining the annual revenue target of the Sales Team, what that means in terms of company growth and market share
- Work with the Business Director in formulating sales strategies on how to hit those numbers
- Define the resources needed to achieve the revenue goals of the company
Client Service
- Assure that the company delivers top-notch client service
Finance
- Working with the CFO in assuring timely billing and collection of accounts.
Requirements
- Proven Account Management skills required in order to create, maintain, and enhance customer relationships
- Proven Campaign Management skills required in order to deliver, maintain, and optimize mobile projects
- Good command of the English language, both written and oral
- DART, Atlas, MediaMind (or any other bid management technology) experience a plus
- Excellent analytic thinking and problem solving skills
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
- Ability to function effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team and the stamina to produce high-quality error free work in a fast-paced work environment
- Ability to present and walk clients through executed projects
- MS Office programs proficiency
- Understanding and mastery of the digital and mobile production and executions
- Handles stressful situations and deadline pressures well
- Plans and carries out responsibilities with minimal direction
