Jollibee Online Delivery generates sales of 2 branches

I tuned in to the #DigitalisNow webinar last night hosted by the Ateneo-IMMAP Certified Digital Marketer Program (CDM) and listened to Jollibee’s digital tandem Pauline Lao and Manolo Almagro. They definitely gave a lot of food for thought but the thing that stuck to my mind was the revenue generated by Jollibee’s online delivery service. According to Manolo it brings in revenue equivalent to two physical branches of Jollibee! Now that’s definitely a cool achievement considering the overhead for maintaining the online store is much lower compared to a physical brick and mortar set-up.

They also set-up a storefront in Facebook. Here’s a screenshot:
