An interactive ‘funshop’ that enables participants to come out of the session with new ways to generate ideas that can jump-start their business/brands to greater heights.
Targeting corporate decision-makers, business owners & organizations on the hunt for transformative ideas that will put the sizzle into their business, this seminar utilizes the collective power of thinking and creating through fun, interactive sessions that ensures participants are in creative collaboration to produce bigger results.
By the end of the workshop, you shall:
- Learn the methodology and tools to organize kick-ass innovation workshops within your own organization
- Develop your Digital Innovation Mission
- After developing your Digital Innovation Mission be exposed to multi-disciplinary, cross-industry ideators to build never-thought-of ideas
- Be provided tools on how to take the ideas through to reality
Session 1: Direction Setting
9:30am – 10:30am
Every awesome goal starts with clarity of purpose and well-defined objective(s). Learn to define your Digital Innovation Mission so that it sparks creativity in the right direction. Define the best trigger to kickstart powerful ideation.
Session 2: Getting Into the Groove of Ideation
10:30am – 12:00nn
This is where you get your feet wet and your brains running. This session will let you tap into the limitless intelligence and strong sense of intuition that you probably didn’t know you had. Learn to trust and listen to the hunches in your heart. Called the “Infinite Matrix”, the facilitators will make you go through an exercise that pushes out logic and coaxes out creativity, breaking the molds of the mundane and get into the extraordinary.
Session 3: Breakthrough to Innovation
1:00pm – 3:00pm
You will be working on a Digital Innovation case provided to you. At this point of the program, we kick things up a notch by changing the dynamics with breakout sessions and different ideation processes. Access the wealth of experience from fellow ideators and co-create Kick-Ass ideas. For this session, we foster an air of open ideas and sharing, for we believe learning becomes more enjoyable when exchanges are allowed to happen. Forget the negas, axe the killjoys.
Session 4: Culminating Mixer
3:30pm – 5:30pm
After working on a Digital Innovation case provided to you, mingle with your fellow ideators in a chillax environment. Share experiences from the sessions and who knows, you might pick up another idea or two, while enjoying a drink or two…even three : – )

She is a certified trainer under T.Harv Eker’s Train the Trainer program and a certified Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) practitioner. Currently a Senior Trainer for TrainStation Inc. and a facilitator-in-training for PSI Leadership and Success Seminar, this energetic events host and former counselor/community teacher is also into life coaching.
With over 17 years marketing experience in telco (Motorola, Piltel, Smart) and OTC pharma (Janssen Pharmaceutica-J&J Phils), she had done hands-on brand management, ATL/BTL, events management, merchandising and PR. She spearheaded Smart Communication’s brand equity evolution and was their Senior Manager for Social Media and Digital Marketing.
Rezza is an adventurous foodie and thoroughly enjoys travel, admits to a certain level of geekiness, and is excited to check off more items in her bucket list.
A ‘practical magician’ in the fields of Digital Marketing, CRM and IMC, Lawrence is one of the Subject Matter Experts of the IMMAP-Ateneo Certified Digital Marketing Program. He is also one of the workshop speakers in this April’s Cebu IMMAP Summit.
He comes with over 13 years of experience in the advertising & marketing communications industry, handling a wide array of global and local brands. Lawrence is a digital strategy consultant previously working with BBDO Guerrero|Proximity Philippines and Leo Burnett | Arc Worldwide. Planu is Lawrence’s brainchild.
